The H2O Energy Flow Detox Program Schedule

Start at your own pace

This short program is designed for you to do it at your own pace over a weekend because that’s usually when most people can be free of work, but you can do this during the week if more convenient. Plan in advance to make the detox program go as smoothly as possible. If you have a partner and/or children, arrange for them to go away for the weekend. You don’t have to follow the timetables slavishly–they’re designed to give you a rough idea of how long each activity will take.

Before you start

In the two days leading up to your weekend detox, cut down on tea and coffee, red meat, processed foods and alcohol. This will help reduce withdrawal symptoms, but be prepared to feel headachy, hungry, and lethargic on Saturday. We recommend that you drink plenty of H2O Energy Flow water with lemon to help eliminate these common side effects.

What to avoid

As well as following the weekend detox program as closely as possible, you should eliminate a few things to make it most effective. Avoid coffee, alchohol, ciarettes, and nonessential drugs. Avoid salt and oil, use fresh herbs and lemon or lime juice to dress and season your food. The meal suggestions given do not specify quantities but, because you want to give your digestive system a rest, it’s best not to eat too much. If you feel hungry, drink 16oz. of H2O Energy Flow and a half an hour later try a piece of fresh fruit or raw vegetable.

Friday Evening

Ease yourself into the detox by getting everything ready in advance. Change into comfortable clothes and have a light supper of grilled/broiled fish and salad. Turn your bathroom into a home spa, then put your cell phone on silence and get ready to revitalize yourself.

Winding down

At about 8:30pm, fill the bath with very hot water and add a few drops of lavendar essential oil. Leave for 10 minutes to heat up the tub and let the oils disperse. Make yourself a cup of herbal tea to sip while bathing, light the candles, and put on some relaxing music. Immerse yourself in the bath, then lie back and relax. Afterward, get out slowly and pat yourself dry. You should be feeling sleepy, so put on your nightclothes and head for bed.

Take a long walk somewhere where you can appreciated nature and get plenty of fresh air. You mustn’t drive to get there because this will raise your stress levels again; if there is nowhere pleasant nearby, take a bus or train to your chosen destination. After your walk, give yourself a foot massage, then it’s time for a home beauty session. have a deep-cleaning facial, then massage your scalp with a dilution of lavenday oil or apply the fruit smoothie hair mask. Follow this by relaxing in the living room, reading, or watching a movie.

EVENING PROGRAM

As you near the end of the weekend detox, you are likely to find that your thoughts are far less cluttered or confused.
